UNDER CONSTRUCTION: The new 250-bed acute care hospital is located on a brownfield site in downtown Springfield. A full-service medical facility, the hospital includes all private patient rooms equipped with the most advanced technology, and has the capability to expand to an additional 120 beds.

The project included total preservation of exterior historic and landmark envelope and expansion and renovation of interior spaces. The intent of our current work is to renovate the facility to accommodate 21st century programs and technical requirements while preserving the historic integrity of this important New York landmark.

The hospital is on track to become the first hospital in Tennessee to be LEED® Silver certified.
