Designed as a four-star facility to host guests of the University, particularly the Executive Education participants, the hotel features an exterior courtyard, a 300-seat ballroom, conference suites on each floor, Junior suites, and VIP suites.

This new building houses the offices of the Federal Court and ancillary Federal tenant agencies. Located in downtown Cleveland, the timeless building design conveys dignity and strength while reflecting regional and historical elements. The 23-story building features courtrooms, judges’ chambers, offices, food service, and other support spaces, including a 200-car interior parking area.

Five years after it opened, the Greater Columbus Convention Center is adding 120,000 sq. ft. of exhibit, ballroom, retail and meeting space to accommodate larger conventions. This project also includes the renovation of 100,000 sq. ft. of existing retail space and a 1,100-space parking facility plus a second lot with 200 spaces.

The Fisher College of Business complex is the largest multi-building project ever undertaken in Ohio State’s history and is one of the few fully integrated management education campuses in the country.

Karlsberger provided architectural design services for the new Public School 360, a four-story elementary school, providing classrooms, science labs, a gymnasium, library, computer lab and a kitchen/cafeteria.

The Horizon Juvenile Detention Center is one of two new 124-bed juvenile detention centers built to replace Spofford Juvenile Center, previously New York’s only secure juvenile detention facility.
